
Todd Busch
Todd Busch is a professional engineer with 25 years consulting experience offering a diverse range of engineering services with a focus on acoustics, noise and vibration. He has Bachelor and Master of Applied Science degrees with graduate thesis study of noise control. Mr. Busch also has a certificate in construction management. He has studied room acoustics through research sponsored by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, supported the National Research Council of Canada to develop optimal railway designs, and worked for the B.C. Ministry of Transportation and Highways to develop a highway noise barrier design guide. He has lived and worked in three countries and eight cities over the course of his professional career and, as such, has a unique base of professional experience to offer. He is the first recipient of the Eckel Student Prize in Noise Control from the Canadian Acoustical Association, is registered as a professional engineer in Ontario, British Columbia and California, and is Board Certified by the Institute of Noise Control Engineers.
Todd Busch Consulting (TBC) offers a diverse range of engineering services that specialize in acoustics, noise and vibration. These include room acoustics, railway designs, highways, private and commercial buildings as well as environmental impacts.
TBC was established in 2007 and the owner has professional experience with significant contributions to over 400 projects involving architectural acoustics, environmental noise and vibration studies for all transportation modes and a diverse range of industrial sites.

TBC seeks to become the preferred supplier of technical consulting for clients seeking conclusive, fact-based findings that allow clients to achieve their design and business objectives. TBC is mindful of the prevailing need to value engineer recommendations for additions and improvements to facility designs while still attaining the functional and aesthetic objects of projects.
